The leaders

Two people, one starting point.

Qommune isn't run by a company. It's run by two people who both had to build their own way in. Here's who they are.

Ankit

Ankit

Co-founder, communities & events

Ankit's story doesn't start in a big office. It starts with a first job that paid ₹7,000 a month and a long list of reasons why the conventional route wasn't going to work for him.

What came after is the part that matters. He co-founded The Brand Salt, a LinkedIn personal-branding agency, and built it from nothing into a five-person team working with clients across borders. Along the way he became the person who builds the operating systems behind businesses: the structure, the process, the part nobody sees but everything runs on.

This September he starts a Master's in Business Analytics & Decision Science at the University of Leeds, one of the world's top universities. At Qommune, he leads communities and events: getting like-minded people, founders, and builders into the same room, not just the same feed.

Nisha

Nisha

Co-founder, community & philosophy

Nisha grew up in a family and an area where daughters weren't raised to be ambitious. They were raised to get married. She was told, plainly, that daughters don't need to study. She studied anyway: topped her classes, cleared competitive exams, and got into Delhi University, without the support most people take for granted along the way.

She joined The Brand Salt in its earliest days and grew into its co-founder, running lead generation and a large share of its operations ever since. This September she starts her Master's in Global Strategy & Innovation Management at the University of Leeds, one of the world's top universities, becoming the first girl from her area to study abroad.

At Qommune, she leads community and philosophy: the core idea of a place for people who don't fit the mould comes directly out of her life, not from a workshop.
